Shorelines is the second full length album by long distance writing and recording partnership Us Frail Gods following our 2021 debut Leave It In A Dark Place.

On this record we use the ocean and the symbolism of water as a conduit to explore themes of memory, trauma and legacy. Twinned with an exploration of how your home land's history influences your future, the album is reflective, understated and heartfelt.

The works of David Lynch, the writings of Jannson, Melville and Hemingway and the music of Mew, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, iamamiwhoami, And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead and Sea Power have been the main creative influences behind this record.
